成立设备吊装运输小组，由组长负责，组员由现场技术人员、安全员以及工人组成。技术人员根据设备型号、安装位置，确定运输路线，选用运输吊装工具，并负责设备吊装运输方案的交底。安全员负责安全技术要求的审核及各类工具、机具安全性能的复核。组长负责设备运输吊装安全交底、方案的实施及组织人力、物力完成整个运输吊装过程。

吊车驾驭员作业时精力要会集，禁绝有吃零食，接打手机，闲谈，吸烟等阻碍起重作业的行为，以防精力分散，形成起重事端。吊车驾驭员液压钢坝  在起重装卸中一直作业不要超过3小时，超过3小时应中止作业，歇息1至2小时后最后进行作业，以体状况不佳，形成起重事端。
The crane driver should concentrate his energy during operation, and avoid eating snacks, answering and calling mobile phones, chatting, smoking and other behaviors that hinder the lifting operation, so as to prevent energy dispersion and form lifting accidents.
